Berry Berry Breakfast Smoothie

If you’re looking for healthy breakfast or snack ideas with no added sugar, smoothies are a quick, fun option and provide bursts of fruity flavor.  They are also a great way to eat leafy greens without even knowing it!  I used this during our 30-day no sugar challenge for breakfasts on several days as well as a snack here and there.  Berries are packed with antioxidants, and I just love berries, which makes this “Berry Berry Breakfast Smoothie” a great way to start the day.
